The Lake District is probably the best place in England to explore the great outdoors, breath in the fresh air, blow away the cobwebs and be inspired by the magnificence of the natural environment. There are a number of key elements which contribute to the regions appeal. There’s the lakes and rivers, mountains and fells, ancient woodlands, archaeology and heritage, cultural traditions and attractive towns and villages. This provides boundless opportunity for outdoor activities, or just plain old chill out time.

We know that everyone loves to treat themselves whilst on holiday, but it doesn’t need to be at the expense of your health!
