Part of the fun and frolics at Christmas time is the consumption of mulled wine, champagne, beer and any spirit that gets you in the spirit. However, too much of anything can send you the other way.

1 yellow squash
4 oz grape tomatoes
3 oz celery stalks
1/2 oz sea beans
1/2 jalapeno pepper -seeded
1/2 lemon – juiced
1 tsp maqui berry
1 cup of water
1 cup of ice
