Brain freeze… Do you remember these 7 retro ice creams?

There is a whole range of fantastic ice creams that have come and gone through the ages. I thought it was about time that we remembered those delightful few that brought us such happiness as a child and of course an intense sugar rush!

    Funny Feet

The classic pink foot on a stick will bring back found childhood memories! But best of all these ice creams are actually still on sale at Ocado which means if you are in the mood for tasty throwback then you need wait no longer.

    Freeze Pops

Who remembers the joys of a freeze pop? I know that I definitely do, as this was a summer time staple throughout my childhood. Coming in a range of neon colours you couldn’t help but wonder where they actually came from and how they were made.

    Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles

This bubble gum eyed ice cream might have passed you by but for those who remember it will take you straight back to the 90s.

    Choc Ice

Who can forget this British summer time classic, it really is an ice cream that crosses all era’s. It was first sold in 1922 and has managed to survive all the way through your school days to most likely being in your freezer right now, ready to be eaten at the nearest available opportunity!

    Raspberry Split

A true throwback ice cream, as you will see from the video below. This classic Wall’s invention seems like an absolute delight!

Another ice cream where you could find bubblegum on the list of ingredients. No-one even seemed to be really sure what it was actually made out of but that made the whole experience of eating it even more exciting. Hailing from the 70s you can still find this classic ice cream in shops today!

    Choco Tacos

Now here we have a true enigma of an ice cream, which I was never able to try, but maybe you were? After doing some research it actually only made it to Europe for two years, so if you managed to get your hands on one you would have been very lucky. Essentially it was a ice cream filled taco with fudge, peanuts and chocolate.
