We have a delightful new intern, Becca, on our team. She is here to tell you all about the South Beach Café in Devon!
With summer fast approaching us (yes it really is that time of year already!) it’s the perfect opportunity to come down and visit Sandy Bay in Devon. Whether you’re coming down for a relaxing break or spending the day walking the South West Coastal path why not drop in and experience the South Beach Café.
It offers a relaxed and informal environment overlooking sandy bay with breathtaking views of the Jurassic coastline. Choose from a mouth-watering menu at value for money prices which covers breakfast, lunch and dinner.
If you’re feeling ready for a taste of the Great British seaside from your day down at the beach then why not suppress your appetite with locally sourced, fresh fish and wash it down with local ciders and real ales whilst taking in the outstanding sea view.
To keep the kids busy whilst you’re trying out the local food and cider (who said kids have all the fun?) there is a beach style playground especially for the kids and a number of beach activities for onsite guests including volleyball.
A number of different options are available if the south beach cafe doesn’t take your fancy including The Mash and Barrel which offers traditional dishes to grill options or enjoy a takeaway with the family and of course the traditional seaside favourite of fish and chips.
As one of Havens biggest sites Devon Cliffs Holiday Park offers a selection of facilities suitable for whatever the weather throws at you including heated indoor and outdoor pools. Keep the kids occupied with a number of organised activities and coaching in a choice of sports whilst over 15s can challenge themselves to a game of adventure golf or take some time out to relax in the onsite spa.
