There are 65 beaches in England and 47 in Wales which have the honour and the two Haven-owned beaches are again on the list.
Sand? Check. Pebbles? Check. Impressive wooded cliffs at either end of the beach? Check. Lydstep Beach certainly does have all the criteria needed for a world class beach. As this beach is privately owned you will no longer have to fight for towel space, your kids can run free and you can sit back and relax on what will feel like your own private haven.
Fancy taking a trip back in time? Sandy Bay’s Jurassic coastline will really make you feel like you are walking with dinosaurs. Make the most of the spectacular views after a lovely stroll along the picturesque beach by treating yourself to a cream-tea at our South Beach Café.
But while these are just the Haven beaches, there are plenty more near our parks which you can drive to in under 30 minutes.
